Cancellation & Refund Policy
What happens when plans change — for guests, hosts and transport.
Guest cancellation
- More than 72 hours before the trip: refund may be provided after deducting actual preparation or payment processing costs.
- 48–72 hours before: partial refund or rescheduling depending on host and transport preparation already committed.
- Within 48 hours: refund may be limited because host, food, guide and transport may already be committed.
- No-show: no refund.
Back2Village cancellation
We may cancel or postpone for weather, flood, road or transport issues, host emergency, safety concern, political unrest, or medical/public safety reasons. In such cases we will offer:
- Full rescheduling, or
- An alternative experience, or
- A refund based on costs already committed.
Host cancellation
If a host cancels unexpectedly we will try to arrange a replacement host, reschedule, offer an alternative experience, or provide a refund where no replacement is possible.
Transport cancellation
If assigned transport becomes unavailable we will try to arrange a replacement vehicle, adjust pickup time, or refund the transport portion if transport was paid separately and not delivered.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days through the same channel used for payment. Payment processing fees charged by banks or wallets may not be refundable.
