How Back2Village handles payment

• We share payment instructions only through our official email hello@back2village.bd or the official WhatsApp number used to confirm your trip.
• You will always receive a written quotation before any payment is requested.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm host, food and transport. Final balance is agreed in writing.

What we never do

• We never ask for payment through unknown personal links shared by random social media accounts.
• We never ask for your bank PIN, OTP, full card number or mobile wallet PIN.
• We never ask for payment to a personal name claiming "urgent" or "today only" pressure.

How to verify a payment request

1. Check that the email is from @back2village.bd or @back2village.org.
2. Confirm the WhatsApp number matches the one used to confirm your trip.
3. Call +8801713049053 to confirm before sending money.
4. Save the receipt, screenshot or confirmation number.

If you suspect fraud

Stop the payment immediately and contact hello@back2village.bd with screenshots. We will investigate and assist.
