Safety
Child Safety Policy
A simple, strict commitment to children's safety on every Back2Village experience.
Last updated: June 2026
Our commitment
Children are the reason many families choose Back2Village. We treat their safety as a non-negotiable part of every trip.
For family trips
- Children must remain with a parent or guardian at all times.
- Risky activities (boats, rivers, ponds, fire, sharp tools, animals) require adult supervision.
- Activities unsuitable for young children are flagged in advance.
For school and institution trips
- Group size, age range and teacher-to-student ratio collected before confirmation.
- Designated teachers / coordinators must supervise students at each activity station.
- Headcount checks before and after each activity.
- First aid available on site. Emergency contact shared with the institution.
Photography and identity
Photographs of children require explicit guardian or institution consent. We do not publish identifying photos of minors on Back2Village marketing channels without written permission.
Reporting concerns
Any concern about a child's safety on a Back2Village trip must be reported immediately to the local coordinator and to hello@back2village.bd. We will respond and act.
